For Benelux customers in a wide variety of sectors, Telindus is looking for people who are able to design, present, promote and sell tailored full-lifecycle solutions and service delivery models that meet customer's requirements.
 
Within the team of Business Services, you help Telindus to achieve the Flagship 2006 strategy by providing the service-solutions that customers need.
 
The Business Services consultant has an important role in this approach and has following tasks to fulfil:
  • detect the (business) requirements of the customer.
  • quallify different opportunities and bring the Telindus' services strategy and solutions towards our customers
  • Design a tailored service-solution, by using the existing Telindus' services as building blocks and by integrating them into a single service model
  • Describe the service model and prove to the customer the ability of Telindus to deliver the required services
  • Gather cost-information and assemble it into a cost-model
  • Explain the service model to the customer and adjust / tune it after receiving his feedback
  • Assist the commercial team in 'closing' the deal
  • Communicate and negotiate with the Telindus delivery organisations when building the integrated service model
Profile
  • You have at least 5-years experience in the world of IT.
  • You have a conceptual knowledge of or are interested in service modelling, ITIL, service integration and service concepts.
  • You have excellent listening capabilities and you're capable to translate customers business needs into Telindus Service solutions.
  • You are creative in combining all the Telindus' services building blocks into one solution.
  • You have a commercial attitude, by preference in combination with a sound technical understanding.
  • You have negotiating skills
  • Perfect written and oral knowledge of English, Dutch and French
