The Business Consultant Voice deals with technical and commercial aspects of the solution, supporting the Telindus account managers. He/she needs to master the complete pre-sales cycle and needs to understand the business processes in the various vertical markets of our customers.
His/her role mainly consists out of pre-sales support with customer visits and quotes for voice solutions like telephony over IP, IP contact centers, etc. He/she will provide the customer with advice and assistance on design and implementation aspects.
The Business Consultant Voice will translate all functional requirements of the customer into a reliable solution.
The Business Consultant Voice is also responsible for building the voice solution portfolio (new products, solutions and services) and bringing the new solutions to the market taking care of all relevant aspects (presentations, marketing, ...)

Profile
Education :
- min level A1 or same level achieved by experience.
Experience :
The Business Consultant Voice disposes of the following essential skills and requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in (IP) voice/contact/call center projects with at least 5 years total experience in the IT world
- Commercial feeling with good organisational and communication skills
- Good knowledge of the general IP Tel market (also competitive products) and all its applications
- Good knowledge of all technical IP Telephony aspects (also Unified Messaging, Billing, etc)
Preferably a technical background - Ability to learn, understand and master quickly new technologies and system
- Good presentation skills
- Background knowledge of a traditional PBX system is considered as an important asset
- Flexible person (availability and adaptability for its projects)
- Aility to treat multiple projects simultaneously
- Solution oriented team player
Languages :
- Perfect written and oral knowledge of English, Dutch and French
