For BeNe customers in a wide variety of sectors, Telindus is looking for people who are able to design, present, promote and sell tailored full-lifecycle solutions and service delivery models that meet customer's requirements.
 
Within the team of Business Systems & Applications, you help Telindus to achieve the Flagship 2006 strategy by providing the solutions that customers need.
 
The Business Consultant Systems has an important role in this approach and has following tasks to fulfil:
  • Detect the (business) requirements of the customer.
  • Detect and quallify new opportunities and bring the Telindus' strategy and solutions towards our customers
  • Use the existing Telindus' building blocks and integrating them into a single (service) model
  • Customer Visit & contacts on IT Management/Director Level
  • Forecast accurately
  • Achieve objectives
  • Gather cost-information and assemble it into a cost-model
  • Explain the Systems propositions to the customer and adjust / tune it after receiving his feedback into a workable solution
  • Assist the commercial team in 'closing' the deal
  • Be the trusted advisor for the customer
Profile
  • You have at least 5-years experience in the world of IT.
  • You have a conceptual knowledge of ICT, ITIL, service integration and service concepts.
  • You have excellent listening capabilities and you're capable to translate customers business needs into Telindus solutions. You are creative in combining all the Systems & Applications building blocks into one solution.
  • You have a commercial attitude, by preference in combination with a sound technical understanding. You are a team player.
  • You have negotiating skills.
  • Perfect written and oral knowledge of English, Dutch and French
  • With special knowledge of following :
    • Business Development BeNe
    • ICT infrastructure, platform & hosting/housing business
