For European customers the world of telecom operators, carriers and service providers is very complex. The goal of the Business Consultant WAN is to act as a trusted advisor to our customers in order to reduce their monthly costs and to optimise their SLA.
 
Telindus uses its One Care Connectivity methodology, which is praised by our top-customers and Beltug. The business consultant WAN plays an important role in this approach and have following tasks to fulfil:
  • convince our customers to follow our approach.
  • helping the customer in defining the connectivity needs
  • writing and sending Requests For Proposal's towards operators and carriers.
  • Selecting the operator of choice.
  • Defining and negotiating the Service Level Agreements for the customer.
  • Perform yearly bench markings
As a Business Consultant WAN, you will be active in pre-sales for WAN solutions in Belgium.
Besides a business development responsibility, the business consultant will work out offers and act as true a billable consultant who will conduct projects at the customers site for a certain period of time.
 
This function is sustained by the strategy of Telindus to enlarge its market position in Belgium and Europe.
 
Profile
  • You have at least 5-years experience in the world of data- and telecom.
  • You have a conceptual knowledge of the telecom technology and you're capable to translate customers business needs into Telindus solutions.
  • You have a commercial attitude in combination with a sound technical understanding.
  • You have an in-depth knowledge of the telecom carrier and operator market.
  • You have negotiating skills
  • You have the knowledge to define a personalised  'Service Level Agreement'
  • Perfect written and oral knowledge of English, Dutch and French
