Prepare and install the equipment at customer site, give support and problem solving, as well on-site as remote, in order to obtain the highest customer satisfaction.
Job Content
- Installation of equipment and commissioning : install networks and set up configurations and solve faults.
- Advanced staging of equipment & commissioning of equipment.
- First level support like on-site diagnosis and board swapping and plug & play installations.
Profile
Education/experience :
- Min level A1 or same level achieved by experience.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Unified Messaging projects with at least 5 years of total experience in the IT world.
- Good knowledge of MS Windows and Linux is mandatory.
- An applications & systems (Microsoft Exchange, SQL, AD, LCS, Lotus Notes, etc.) background is necessary.
- Avaya knowledge on Call manager, Unity, IPCC, RightFax, etc. is a plus.
- A good WAN-LAN knowledge is a plus.
- Working knowledge of protocols such as SIP, MGCP/NCS, H.323, T30/T38, SMTP, imap4/POP3, etc. is requiered.
- VCA-certification required
