In order to introduce new offerings related to existing solutions, we are looking for a motivated Engineer for application development and integration.

The goal of the development and integration engineer is to implement technical specifications given by the Technical Consultant Call & Contact centers.
 
This position will be key in the further development of the Call Center business of Telindus. Due to the broad range of tasks and the diversity of systems and technologies involved, some of these tasks will have to be fulfilled by our partners.
 
Telindus uses its Call Center Consulting methodology, which is praised by our top-customers. The Engineer Call Centers plays an important role in this approach and will have the following tasks to fulfil:
  • Understand the different Call Center systems offered by Telindus (Avaya, Genesys and CISCO)
  • Installation of the different systems (software)
  • Understand and implement the different routing scripts (Calls, E-mail.)
  • Build IVR scripts
  • Integration with back-office systems
  • Integration with different databases
  • Implementation of CTI technologies
  • Implementation of the different reporting tools
  • Provide training to our customers
Profile
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in the world of call centers.
  • Perfect written and oral knowledge of English, Dutch and French.
  • Knowledge:
    • Microsoft environment
    • Databases (SQL, Oracle.)
    • Programming language (C++, VB, Java.)
    • IVR scripting
  • Assets:
    • Experience with Avaya Interaction Centre
    • Experience with Genesys
    • Experience with CISCO IPCC
    • Experience with IVR
    • Experience with developing applications
    • Experience with WML, XML, HTML
    • Experience with CTI
