Prepare and install the equipment at customer site, give support and problem solving, as well on-site as remote, in order to obtain the highest customer satisfaction.
 
Job content
  • Installation of complex equipment and commissioning : install networks and set up configurations and solve faults.
  • Extended staging of equipment & commissioning of equipment.
  • Third level escalation towards suppliers. Trouble shooting on customer complex networks.
  • Designing networks, proof of concept, architecture design and load balancing.
  • Follow-up third-party portfolio, gather and share information with colleagues about possible new products.
  • Answer customer questions and provide input on technical details of pricing issues.
Profile
 
Education/experience :
  • Technical education at least level A1 or same level achieved by experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in VoIP projects with at least 5 years total experience in the IT world.
  • Cisco knowledge on Call Manager, Unity, IPCC, etc.
  • Cisco Voice related certificates are a plus.
  • An Applications & Systems (Microsoft Exchange, SQL, etc.) background is a plus.
  • A good WAN-LAN knowledge is mandatory.
  • Working knowledge of VoIP protocols such as SIP, MGCP/NCS and H.323 is requiered.
  • VCA-certification required
