As an InSP Service Delivery Manager you will be responsible for quality of the services blocks within the InSP Solution. The main objective will be to create and maintain Operational Level Agreements and underpinning contracts.
- Manage and control the different operational level agreements / underpinning contracts necessary to deliver the InSP Service
- Define and implement the necessary Key Performance Indicators
- Responsible for the InSP Service Delivery guides.
- Manage and control the services relationship with the domestic and international carriers.
- Work together with the Service Level Managers / Project Managers in a team to ensure the quality of the InSP Services
- Setup the necessary communication, training and advice collegeas about new methods or changed processes.
- Follow up of InSP related delivery problems and customer complaints
- Escalation management towards carriers
Profile
- You have at least 4-years experience in the world of telecom and ICT integrator world as an Service Level Manger and/of Project Manager
- You have a conceptual knowledge of the Telecom technology
- You have a commercial attitude in combination with an understanding of service delivery.
- You have service knowledge of the telecom carrier market.
- You have negotiating skills and knowledge about Service Agreements
- Perfect written and oral knowledge of English, Dutch and French.
- ITIL knowledge is an asset
