The Technical Consultant SQM visits several customers a day/week to implement infrastructures and plays a very important trusted advisor role to the customer. He is responsible for helping to develop new solutions and testing new products.
Job Content
- Fulfilling service delivery tasks mainly in Belgium (installation, configuration, customisation, training, integration)
- Creation of the Scope of Work in assistance with the business consultants.
- Audits at customer sites.
- Maintenance & Support of the extended SQM portfolio.
- High level consultancy & assessments in SQM projects.
Profile
Education :
- min level A1 or same level achieved by experience.
Experience :
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in SQM projects with at least 5 years total experience in the IT world.
- A good WAN-LAN knowledge is mandatory.
- Thorough networking and system knowledge.
Languages :
- Very good spoken and written knowledge of Dutch, French and English.
