Profile
Within the Systems & Applications division, the Technical Helpdesk Engineer is responsible for giving technical second level support to customers and Telindus Service Engineers. He/she resolves problems remotely or coordinates the on-site intervention of service engineers. He/she maintains a strong relationship with suppliers support centers in order to resolve complex problems. He/she updates the customer on a regular basis regarding the status of the incident.
He/she is responsible for troubleshooting a large scope of products. He/she acquires and maintains in-depth technical knowledge through regular training and certification.
Education :
- Education: A1 / Industrial Engineer or equivalent by experience.
Experience :
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a IT helpdesk environment is required.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Server OS, Microsoft Exchange and server hardware required.
- Experience with server based computing (Citrix), mobile solutions and/or storage is a strong asset.
Languages :
- Very good spoken knowledge of Dutch, French and English. Good written knowledge of your mother tongue and English.
