• Plans, directs, and co-ordinates the team's activities to manage and implement projects from contract/proposal initiation to final operational stage
• Practical implementation of the Telindus' PDM methodology (from definition till close phase)
• Defines and leads the project team
• Determines, monitors, and reviews all project economics to include costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources, and risk
• Plans, schedules, monitors and reports on project activities to Customer and Project Manager Team Leader
• Coaches and advises team members to accomplish project goals, to meet established schedules, and resolve technical/project issues
• Undertakes status review meetings among project team members and customers
• Controls project requirements, scope and change management issues
• Creates communications plans, ensuring that appropriate information is exchanged among key stakeholders
• Maintains awareness on emerging technologies and Project Management techniques
• Willingness to develop, propose and negotiate project proposals

• At least 1 year experience in project management (preferable ICT customer projects)
• Good practical knowledge of MS-Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and MS-Project 2003
• Fluent communicator in Dutch, French and English (oral and written)
• Theoretical knowledge of PMI, Prince2 or other PM-methodology
• People management experience is an asset
