Create and analyse customer needs, advise and follow-up on possible solutions and on the implementation of the (out) sourcing solution in order to generate new business opportunities and satisfy the customer.
For BeNe customers in a wide variety of sectors, Telindus is looking for people who are able to design, present, promote and sell tailored full-lifecycle sourcing solutions and service delivery models that meet customer's requirements.
Within the team of Specialized Sales Object-If, you help Telindus to achieve the UNIFY 2009 strategy by providing the sourcing solutions that customers need.
The Business Consultant Outsourcing has an important role in this approach and has following tasks to fulfil:
- Detect and quallify new (out)sourcing opportunities on the BeNe market and bring the Telindus' strategy and solutions towards our customers
- Customer Visit & contacts on CxO Level
- Forecast accurately
- Achieve objectives
- Gather cost-information and assemble it into a cost-model
- Explain the sourcing propositions to the customer and adjust / tune it after receiving his feedback into a workable solution
- Assist the commercial team in 'closing' the deal
- Be the trusted advisor for the customer
Profile
You have at least 7-years experience in the world of IT. You have a conceptual knowledge of ICT outsourcing, ITIL, service integration and service concepts. You have excellent listening capabilities and you're capable to translate customers business needs into Telindus' solutions. You have a commercial attitude, by preference in combination with a sound business and technical understanding. You are a team player. You have negotiating skills.
You have perfect written and oral knowledge of English, Dutch and French.
You have special knowledge of following :
- Business Development Belgium and The Netherlands
- ICT outsourcing business
