Project Leader / Practitioner for strategic sourcing opportunities
- When strategic sourcing opportunities occur, the opportunity needs to be qualified. In case of positive evaluation and management decision, the needed steps need to be performed to develop the opportunity to a full sourcing project. Become rapidly a trusted advisor for the customer is key when performing this task.
Establish and maintain service partnerships
- build a trusted relationship with a selected service partner and select (or assist in and advise in) the selection of new service partners.
- maintain and manage the partner relation
- advise senior management in managing these relationships (and by the same token all partnerships) specifically with regard to the changing competitive position of Telindus in the ICT (sourcing) market.
Develop (new) service models / market combinations for Telindus according to the Flagship strategy.
- (Assist in the) definition, build, implementation (go to market) of the strategic sourcing portfolio creating a higher turnover and profitability (EBIT) in services (annuity services and income). Scope is from the conceptual phase over business viability analysis to internal definition, supporting, etc.
- Develop new service opportunities such as vertical (packaged) solutions in the ICT sourcing space (standalone or in combination with custormers and / or service partners. Scope is from initial idea, concept over business case to potentially take P/L responsibility.
Profile
Education level & general experience
- University degree (or assimilated level)
- 10 years of experience in IT-environment
- Have been on both the customer's and the suppliers side
Technical knowledge
- PM-methodologies
- ITIL
- Solution selling techniques
- Optional: CMMI
- Negotiation skills
