"Own Technology Domain": Remote Management Services for Network, Security, Systems and Applications and the associated technologies.
Responsibility for:
- the ISC roadmap (network, security, system, application) from both services and supported infrastructure standpoints, this in close collaborating with the ISC management.
- the definition and description of ISC services
- the management of the service life cycle (creation, maintenance, phase out)
- the maintenance of the ISC service catalogue
- the maintenance of the ISC service documentation, more specific:
- data sheets (external and internal specifications)
- SLA (Service Level Agreements)
- the maintenance of the activity based costing-model
- etc...
Pre-sales
- Inform account managers of new opportunities.
- Set-up, propose and negotiate offers in cooperation with legal department and account manager.
- Commit input for defining and achieving the business target.
Profile
Education :
- University degree or equal by experience
Experience :
- At least 5 years of experience
- Billability awareness
- Writing skills
- Commercial Skills
- Negotiation skills
Languages :
- Perfect written and oral knowledge of English, Dutch and French
