At this moment we are looking for several Project Managers for the Telindus International Service Centre.
Project Management deals with the organization, follow up and control of the project definition and project realization within agreed timeframe, cost conditions, constraints and scope of work in order to match customer requirements and project objectives.
The Project Manager is dealing with large, complex and/or risky projects where the maturity and experience, the mastering of PM methodology and the ability to build an overview of the issue and the situation are critical success factors.
He/She is responsible for covering the complete scope of responsibilities of Project Management. Furthermore he/she is evaluated on the ability to understand the customer requirements and organize the work to deal with them, including:
- definition of the scope of works
- development of the WBS and process workflows
- mobilization and management of the project team
- management of third parties and partners
- coordination of the activities
- definition and follow up planning
- cost control
- development of alternate strategies to face risks
- etc.
The Project Manager is also responsible for developing large complex migration strategies and performing high level risks analysis.
A (expert) Project Manager is involved in large and complex pre-sales activities where the demonstration of expertise is the key decision factor. The communication and reporting activities are also of importance (including the documentation and technical files).
The Project Manager has proven analytical expertise and technological knowledge. He/She mostly works as project management team responsible and advisor and consequently embraces people management activities and third parties management responsibilities. He is then responsible for the organization of the project management work and the supervision of the activities and results, towards the Customer and Telindus.

Experience
- Standard
- Minimum five years in IT operations and three years as Project Manager in IT environment
- Strong Technical/Technological Understanding
- Team Leading and Motivation
- Good communication Skills (written, oral, shows, etc.) - Good Technical Writer Skills
- Negotiation capabilities in the customer relations
- Risk assessment and control capabilities
- Flow Chart and Processes understanding and mastering
- Asset
- Degree in electronics or telecommunication (level Civil or Industrial Engineer)
- Large technical background in the networking domains
- Specialized in one or two technical domains
- Knowledge of planning methodologies and tools
- Management skills or interest
- Commercial experience or interest
