Set-up, up-date and give product- and technical training in order to provide the customer with the product- and technical knowledge he purchased.
Job Content
- Handle practical aspects linked to course-preparation, such as preparing course materials, and course-follow up such as collecting and consolidating course evaluations.
- Explain the designated topics in a structured way in order to provide an added value to the customer.
- Define, write, set-up, test and update the course content based on course summary, customer demand and expertise in cooperation with the Educational Consultant Expert.
Study the created course materials in order to be able to transfer the knowledge. - Build and maintain expertise & documentation and follow-up the market trends in order to apply this knowledge.
- Process the feedback of the customers for the course delivery.
- Initiate and maintain informal contacts with customers in-between and after sessions in order to set them at ease and to detect potential issues.
Profile
Education
- Higher education preferably industrial civil engineer or similar (master degree)
Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in the ICT sector
