Executive Committee

The day-to-day management of the group has been entrusted to the CEO and an Executive Committee, set in up in accordance with the recent corporate governance law.
The Executive Committee meets every fortnight. It ensures the day-to-day management of the Group and implements the group's strategy in accordance with the guidelines of the Board of Directors.
